How the repair is done

Water tank liners are a bladder installed inside a leaking tank. Liners can be a complete fix but can be quite costly. However, more often than not, we can repair the crack without a liner - if it is addressed in its early stages. Call us as soon as you notice any water loss, cracks appearing, white calcium buildup or any damp spots on the tank or ground and we can advise you on the best course of action.

The process involves, desludging and emptying the tank, Total cleaning the tank with our specially designed vacuum system, getting it like brand new. We then repair the crack from the inside with various specialty products, depending on the condition of your tank.

This is a before and after shot of a concrete tank which had just had a new liner put in it by another company. Once filled, the tank split apart. We were then able to install multiple bands to bring the tank back together without emptying it. Saving the liner and fixing the tank completely.

Cracks Require Immediate Attention

Whether the crack is leaking or not, or no matter how big or how small - All cracks should be dealt to as soon as they appear as the oxygen and the water will get to the steel in the concrete and begin to cause rust.
